To get into Sole DXB you must have either a ticket or an invitation. You can purchase tickets by going to this link HERE
Ticket holders should proceed to the ticketing counters, present their digital or physical ticket and once scanned, proceed to get their wristbands.
Invite holders should proceed to the VIP desk to check-in and receive their wristbands.
If you are a 3-day pass or invite holder, you will receive only one wristband which you will need to keep on your wrist for the entire weekend.
Wristbands for 21+ areas require valid ID.
Absolutely, but day-of-show pricing will be higher, so you can save money and time in lines by buying tickets in advance. You can find the lowest price ticket currently available here.

Once a ticket is purchased, we are not able to provide a refund. However, purchased tickets are transferable so you should be able to find a friend to take your place.
We will have a full festival schedule on our social channels and website, closer to date, so be sure to tune in to our channels.
You can also visit the info desk at the festival which will be clearly marked once you enter the venue.

Sole DXB does serve alcohol in designated areas. Entry to these areas will be strictly 21+.
A Valid ID, government-issued ID will be required for entry to these areas.
Dubai Design District is easily accessible and there is public parking available.
If you plan on drinking, please leave your vehicle at home and ride stress-free in a taxi or Uber.
We encourage our guests to carpool where possible to help us reduce traffic and emissions.
We have amazing food vendors from across the city setting up at Sole DXB.
For 2024 we present a broader, larger and more elevated food offering.
In short, come hungry and ready to eat.

You can pick up limited-edition merchandise from the Sole DXB gift shop which you’ll find near the festival entrance gate (which also happens to be where you exit).

1. Accessible Parking
- Designated accessible parking spaces that are wide, close to the venue entrance, and clearly marked are available in the D3 parking lot.
- Parking spaces are free of obstructions and accessible from parking spaces to entry points.
- Clearly marked points with signage for wheelchair access points in and around the festival.
2. Festival Entry
- Sole DXB offers free entry for People of Determination + 1 companion.
- Ticketing/zone managers request PoD or Sanad Cards and then fast track guests and companions through the VIP access gate.
3. Wheelchair Accessible Pathways
- Pathways within the festival are a minimum of 4.8m wide to allow for wheelchair and stroller passage.
- A large area of the festival surfaces is smooth, slip-resistant, and even to minimize hazards for those with mobility impairments.
4. Wheelchair Accessible Brand Spaces
- Temporary Ramps are available in all zones of the festival providing access to a majority of brand spaces that have a 10cm raised platform. Sole DXB encourages brands to make accessibility arrangements for their spaces and factor for temporary ramps as a fallback.
- Smaller brand spaces range from 16-29 sq.m. approximately that may be restrictive for wheelchair mobility. Double height structures do not have PoD access.
5. Festival Facilities
- 2 dedicated Accessible Toilets at either end of the festival area in proximity to Main Stage and Stage 2 for PoD guests.
6. Accessible Seating
- Stage 2 Lounge: Access ramp and designated seating areas for wheelchair users that are integrated with general seating.
- Main Stage: Access ramp and designated seating area on a dedicated area at raised platform with ramp that allows for a comfortable experience for people with mobility devices next to the main grandstand.
7. Safety Measures
- First aid stations and paramedics are available throughout the venue. Staff are trained to assist individuals with medical needs or emergencies related to disabilities.
- Emergency Evacuation plans include provisions for individuals with mobility
impairments or other disabilities, such as:
- Emergency exits that are accessible.
- Ambulance on site equipped with wheelchair.
- Emergency announcements and signage directing PoD guests to safely exit the venue from designated emergency exits.
