By Car: Take Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) south, then Al Khail Road (E44). Exit onto Ras Al Khor Road (D56) to enter Dubai Design District (d3). Arrive at the south entrance and follow signs and parking attendants for Sole DXB parking areas.
Parking is limited, so plan accordingly. Carpooling is encouraged to help reduce traffic and emissions.
By Metro: Take the Green Line to Dubai Healthcare City, the closest metro station to d3. From there, grab a taxi or take a short walk to the venue.
Sole DXB 2025 will feature some of the city’s best food vendors.
This year brings a broader, larger, and more elevated dining experience with 3 F&B pavilions offering a wide variety of local and international cuisines, from discovery and hero brands to premium dining concepts. There will be lots of vegan and vegetarian options available as well.

Yes. You can pick up official Sole DXB merchandise near the festival entrance and exit. Expect exclusive collaborations, limited-edition designs, and more, created specially for this year’s festival.
Quantities are limited, so come early.
Probably. Sole DXB often gets artists, athletes, and cultural figures visiting from around the world. If you spot someone, please be respectful and allow them to enjoy the festival.

Stay Hydrated & Healthy
While December is cooler, temperatures can reach 21°C–27°C with plenty of sun. Stay hydrated, eat regularly, wear sunscreen. If you feel unwell, please get help from the nearest member of staff.
Plan Ahead
If travelling by car, plan your route and drop-off times as the area can get busy. Once inside, check the schedule and lineup so you don’t miss your favourite acts.
Know Your Surroundings
Familiarise yourself with the site map and key information as phone signal may drop during peak hours. Set meeting points with friends or family in case you get separated.
Stay Safe & Know Your Limits
Stick with trusted friends or groups and look out for each other. Report anything unsafe. If you’re coming alone, share your location with someone you trust. Alcohol is served only in designated areas, drink responsibly.
Speak to Staff
Staff and security are present across the festival. Report any issues or unwanted behaviour immediately. For non-urgent matters, visit the information desk. Our team is here to make sure you feel safe.
Respect Yourself & Others
Help maintain a respectful environment. Harassment, violence, or abuse of any kind will not be tolerated. Those causing harm will be removed and may be reported to authorities.

Any form of written, verbal, or physical abuse, such as unwanted or unwelcome sexual comments, intimidation, or inappropriate contact is not tolerated. The same applies to encouraging or supporting such behaviour.
We experience the festival together, and we ask everyone to look out for one another. If you experience or witness a violation of this Code of Conduct, feel unsafe, or see someone being harassed, please check in with them or contact festival staff, security, or our social safety team immediately.
A dedicated, private space is available on-site, where our social safety team can have a confidential chat so you can share your story (anonymously if you wish) and get the support you need. You can also use this space to take a moment to rest. Our staff can guide you there or accompany you.
While immediate reporting helps us act faster, we understand this isn’t always possible for many reasons. So you can also submit a report after the event. Please note it may take a few working days for our team to respond. When dealing with reports, our top priority is ensuring the affected person feels safe and supported.
If anyone engages in inappropriate, harassing, abusive, or destructive behaviour or language, we retain the right to take any necessary action to maintain a safe environment. Violators may be removed without refund and may be reported to the authorities.
We reserve the right to deny entry to anyone who endangers the safety or inclusion of others. All reported incidents are handled with care and confidentiality, and we only proceed with the consent of the affected person.

– All tickets are non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-transferable.
– Event lineups are subject to change at any time without ticket refunds.
– Sole DXB has a zero-tolerance policy towards underage consumption of alcohol. Violators will be removed from the venue and are subject to possible prosecution under the law.
– Sole DXB has a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment of any kind. Violators will be removed from the venue at the sole discretion of festival management and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
– Upon entry, you must show a valid photo ID (original passport, national ID, or driver’s licence), along with the credit/debit card used to purchase your ticket.
– Online ticket resale is strictly prohibited. Tickets purchased from resellers (including Online Ticket Shop, Viagogo, or Dubizzle) are considered invalid and will be cancelled without refund.
– It is your responsibility to meet the age requirements for the ticket you’re purchasing. If there’s a dress code, it’s your responsibility to follow it.
– If you’re denied entry by the organiser for any reason, Platinumlist is not responsible for a refund.
– It’s your responsibility to arrive on time. Missed events will not be refunded by Platinumlist.
– Sole DXB and Platinumlist are not liable for lost or stolen property, or for any injuries sustained at the event.
– Platinumlist will not be responsible for lost or damaged tickets. One person per ticket.
– Each ticket is valid for a single day/show only and cannot be used across multiple events.
– The event organiser has the right to refuse entry once the show has started. No re-entry.
– Professional cameras (SLR, mirrorless, or video) are not allowed unless pre-approved in writing by festival management.
– By entering the event, you consent to being filmed, photographed, or recorded. This content may be used for promotional purposes in any media, now or in the future.
– Please be aware that by entering this area, you consent to your voice, name, and/or likeness being used, without compensation, in films and tapes for use in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, in perpetuity, and you release Sole Apparel FZ LLC, its successors, assignees and licensees from any liability whatsoever of any nature.
– By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for event operations, updates, and marketing communications, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Yes, there is public Wi-Fi available at the festival. We recommend arranging meeting points in advance as mobile signal can be limited during peak hours.
Personal photography and videography are allowed, but professional cameras or filming equipment (SLR, mirrorless, or video cameras) are not permitted for the general public.
Only approved media and accredited photographers may use professional equipment.
We have a locker area and an information desk where any handed-in lost items will be kept.

Yes, there will be free lockers for you to store your belongings. Just look for the signages that will direct you to the designated storage areas.
Yes, re-entry is allowed. Just hang on to your wristbands.
Guests with Golden Circle 21+ and Golden Circle All Ages tickets will be in separate sections at the Main Stage.
The Golden Circle 21+ area is for guests aged 21 and over and allows alcohol service.
The Golden Circle All Ages area is designed for guests under 21 and is an alcohol-free zone. Alcohol cannot be purchased or consumed within this section.
Access between the two sections is not permitted, so please make sure you purchase the correct ticket for your group.
Yes, wheelchair-accessible parking spaces are available in the Dubai Design District (d3) parking lot. These spaces are wide, clearly marked, close to the venue entrance, and free of obstructions.
