To get into Sole DXB you must have either a ticket or an invitation. You can purchase tickets at www.soledxb.com

Ticket holders should proceed to the ticketing counters, present their digital or physical ticket and once scanned, proceed to get their wristbands.

Invite holders should proceed to the VIP desk to check-in and receive their wristbands.

Wristbands for 21+ areas require valid ID.

Absolutely, but day-of-show pricing will be higher, so you can save money and time in lines by buying tickets in advance. 

Also, capacity is limited and we will stop selling tickets once we’re full, so buy early.

We’ve built our show differently. We don’t ticket every element separately. 

Once you are in the festival venue, we want you to be able to walk around and enjoy as much of the public programming (see below for more on invitation-only programming) as possible. 

This also means that public areas are first-come, first-served and once areas like stages, talks, game bleachers, etc, reach capacity, we will close them off.

A TICKET TO SOLE DOES NOT GUARANTEE ACCESS TO THE MAIN STAGE IF IT IS FULL, SO IF YOU FEEL STRONGLY ABOUT SEEING A SHOW, GET THERE EARLY.

While most programming at Sole DXB is open to the public, there are a small number of events taking place in closed spaces that will be invitation-only due to capacity issues. 

Because we are not able to offer access to these events to everyone at the festival, we have decided not to ticket these.

Entry is strictly guestlist or through competitions we run on our social media channels.

Once a ticket is purchased, we are not able to provide a refund. However, purchased tickets are transferable so you should be able to find a friend to take your place.

Friday is a preview day for visitors who want early access to see the venue and get first dibs on some of the exclusive drops at the festival. Friday visitors can also enjoy panel discussions, art exhibitions, DJ sets, basketball games and skate. 

There will be no main stage performances on Friday.

You can come to the ticketing counter at the festival that says “Upgrade your Ticket.”

You can scan your existing ticket and pay the difference to upgrade to a three-day festival pass.

Sole DXB is a multi-format three-day festival that features:

Sole DXB does serve alcohol in designated areas. Entry to these areas will be strictly 21+. 

A Valid ID will need to be presented on entry.

While the pandemic has subsided, there are still people that are affected by their experience. Be respectful of others and their personal space where possible, and understand that some people may be adapting to recent changes at a different pace than you.

In addition, COVID19 is not the only bug going around. If you don’t feel well, please stay at home and avoid getting others sick.

Dubai Design District is easily accessible and there is public parking available. 

If you plan on drinking, please leave your vehicle at home and ride stress-free in a taxi, Uber or Careem.

We encourage our guests to carpool where possible to help us reduce traffic and emissions.

We have amazing food vendors from across the city setting up at Sole DXB.

Sole DXB has a diverse and open-minded audience. We are an inclusive festival and a platform for people from all walks of life.

The skate park will be open to registered attendees only. All skaters will be required to sign a waiver. Children under 16 will require a signed waiver form from their legal guardian/parent.

You can pick up limited-edition merchandise from the Sole DXB gift shop which you’ll find near the festival entrance gate (which also happens to be where you exit).

We will have exclusive collaborative artist merch and 10 year anniversary specials.
